The individual coaching sessions (60 min) are an opportunity to deepen your
mindfulness-practice by receiving individual attention with MBCT facilitator, Sarah Kinsley.
These sessions will provide time and space to discuss your mindfulness-based practice, help to co-create structure for your home practice and discuss insights and challenges associated with the practice.
There will be an opportunity to practice together and review key concepts and ask questions related to your personal practice. These sessions will be tailored to your specific intentions related to cultivating, deepening, and maintaining a practice to support health and well-being.
These sessions may be supportive for participants who have taken a program through MHI or are currently registered in any of our programs. In addition, beginners are welcome!

Rescheduling: Coaching sessions must be rescheduled at least 48 hours before the session. “No shows” or rescheduling less than 48 hours before a session are forfeited. Extenuating circumstances may be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Coaching Process
The coaching process includes registration for one or more sessions, scheduling your sessions, and meeting with your coach.
- Registering: Select the “Take this Course” button above and follow the prompts to purchase your sessions.
- Accessing Account: Once registered, you will have access to the Coaching/Course materials that include a “Scheduling Calendar”. You can access the Coaching/Course materials by selecting the “My Account” button, logging in, and selecting “My Courses”. - Scheduling: Navigate to the “Scheduling Calendar” and select a date and time that work for you for your Coaching session.
